I now learn for the first time, that W Price left certain sketch plans and designs (approved by the Assistant Superintendent of Police) of the proposed Water Police Station in the Survey Office in December last.
Whilst I see no reason to doubt the wisdom of W. Bowdler's action in altering what he considered an objectionable arrangement in those plans as regards the bathrooms, closet, and urinals, (an arrangement which he points out leads to insanitary results - dirt and disagreeable smells in another Government building); and whilst I
